More MARGIN
Margin is moving to a great new Central London venue with more space which means there is now room for established brands to exhibit as well as the young and new brands for which department store and independent buyers know Margin well.
FEBRUARY 2006
At Margin, we’ve always tried to make life easier for visiting Press and Buyers and February 2006 will be no exception. We’re setting up shop in a great new space in the heart of central London that’s away from traffic and easily accessible from all 4 corners of the city, whether Wapping or West Kensington, Barbican or Bermondsey.
Also with the larger floorspace at the new venue, there will be room for more directional labels which ultimately means more choice for visiting buyers to order from and Press to feature.
We’ve created more space options including larger spaces for multi-label agencies to show their ranges to buyers and press that may not make it to Agency showrooms during the busy show week.
MORE MARGIN
More space, more room for more labels, more choice.
Margin is moving from Mayfair to Westminster to the Royal Horticultural Halls on Vincent Square. A Central London location, close to Victoria Station, New Scotland Yard, Channel 4, Buckingham Palace and not far from the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye, the Royal Horticultural Halls are ideally located. It’s also easy to access from all corners of London with great parking facilities nearby and less traffic to deal with.
But it’s the increased space itself that is truly exciting. Now Margin is able to offer more space to more labels that are appropriate to Margin.
MARGIN
Showcasing upscale streetwear & directional tailoring, the August 2005 edition of MARGIN LONDON welcomed buyers from key independent, department, and multiple stores, as well as buying groups and agencies from the UK, USA, Europe and Japan.
Buyers and press visited the central London venue of the Music Rooms over two days to discover and order from new labels. The August 2005 edition previewed clothing and accessories ranges for Men and Women by unique brands, including many new design start-ups and exclusive to Margin.
Buyers and press appreciated the tight-knit selection of Mens and Womens labels on offer as well as the art on display, courtesy magazines and drinks area.
MARGIN DATES & VENUE
Margin London will take place on the 12th & 13th of February 2005 in Lindley Hall at the Royal Horticultural Halls, Everton Street, London SW1.
Upscale Streetwear & Directional Tailoring The Original and the best platform for new talent for the last 4 years, Margin London was established to help new labels reach a wider buying and press audience.
Margin exists to promote young upscale streetwear labels and was created out of necessity. Retailers travel the world looking for the next big thing but are never going to find it at a show whose costs prohibit fresh talent. The main drive of Margin London was to establish a show where new young labels could find an affordable platform.
