Exhibitor Spotlight + Kaylee Cho
With Psy’s smash YouTube hit sweeping the planet, there’s a lot of style coming out of Korea and not just from Gangnam.
Case in point is new designer Kaylee Cho who, with her first confident and authorative collection, is helping to put Korean fashion labels on the map.
Having studied fashion in Los Angeles and worked at Assembly New York, Kaylee Cho returned to Seoul to create her first eponymous collection for Autumn/Winter 2013/2014.
With a serene signature accompanied by razor-sharp pattern cutting, the debut collection plays with concepts of light and shadow, and draws inspiration from architecture and historical remains.
Playing with fabric juxtapositions, the key to creating such a confident debut is the complete understanding of the female form; this is a collection that understands women’s bodies and proportions and flatters all ages with an impeccable fit and expert tailoring.
Retail prices range from £55 for tops through to £550 for overcoats.
Kaylee Cho will be making their trade show debut at Margin, the longest-running independent exhibition in London.
Kaylee Cho will be exhibiting at Margin in February 2013 which takes place on the 10th & 11th.
