TITIMADAM + UK jewellery from titiMadam in the  Gild Accessories area at Margin + titiMadam is a Finnish-English design partnership of Londoner Adam Rowe and Tiina Hakala from Finland. Creating playful jewellery, mirrors, and even lampshades from perspex and wood, titiMadam accessories are a mixture of Finnish simplicity and English traditionalism mixed with a hint of kitsch + Made in England, titiMadam will be displaying their range of fun pieces exclusively in the GILD accessories area at Margin in February 2009.

It's All About The Margins  January 30, 2009   If you pay your bills by sourcing up and coming streetwear brands for either the rag trade or some fashion rag then if you don't know already you should be at London's Margin show next month. It may just keep you in a job for another month.    Set up to promote young upscale streetwear and directional tailoring labels by giving them an affordable event they can show their wares, expect innovative clothing collections along with a full-clip of jazzy types and hard-nosed business people talking utter nonsense. The show runs from 10 till 6 on Sunday the 8th and Monday the 9th of February at The Music Rooms, South Molton Lane, London W1. Nice bag buddy.

The birdcage? The retro camera? The ice-skates? The subversive message Victoriana cameos? We settled on the yummy-looking macaroons fashioned into doll-like earrings, rings, and necklaces fit for a modern Marie Antoinette.
